The consultation takes place in your home environment and lasts up to 4 hours, giving us the time needed to properly assess everything without rushing.

Ongoing support
Behaviour change takes time and consistency, which is why the consultation includes 6 months of ongoing support.
This means you’re not left to figure things out alone—you’ll have guidance, reassurance, and adjustments to the plan as needed while you work through the process.
